BRYAN -- The A&M Consolidated Lady Tiger Volleyball Team increased it's lead in 12-5A with a 5 set win over crosstown rival Bryan 21-25, 25-13, 26-28, 25-18, 15-8.
Bryan took the opening set 25-21 as Tiffany Regmund unloaded a kill to clinch it. The victory was the first set the Lady Tigers had lost in district play after 18 straight set victories.
Consol will even the match by taking the second set, but Bryan would hold the upper hand after winning the third set 28-26.
A&M Consolidated would then take the next two sets to clinch the match 25-18 and 15-8 to improve to (7-0) in 12-5A play.
A&M Consolidated will travel to Copperas Cove on Tuesday, while Bryan will host Harker Heights.
The rematch will be October 28th at A&M Consolidated High School.
