Rockets Beat Thunder

By  |

HOUSTON -- Tracy McGrady had 22 points, Yao Ming added 16 and the Houston Rockets beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 89-77 on Saturday night for their third straight win.
Carl Landry had 14 points and a career-high tying 11 rebounds
for Houston. Ron Artest, Luis Scola and Rafer Alston added 10
points apiece.
Houston wasn't sharp offensively, shooting just 36.4 percent,
but led almost the entire way with excellent free-throw shooting
(27-of-31). It helped that the Rockets got to the line 19 more
times than Oklahoma City.
