REUNION, Fla. -- The No. 23-ranked Texas A&M women's golf team earned the No. 11 seed in Sunday's qualifying rounds at the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship at the Ginn Reunion Resort.

A&M posted a 22-over-par total of 299-299=598 to finish 11th in the 16-team field. The match play portion of the tournament begins on Monday with the Aggies taking on No. 22-ranked Florida, which earned the No. 14 seed. The A&M-Florida winner will face the einner of the Georgia-Vanderbilt match on Monday afternoon.
The tournament continues through Tuesday.

The Aggies were led in qualifying by sophomore Sarah Zwartynski (74-72=146), who tied for 21st. Junior Ashley Freeman (73-75=148) tied for 30th, senior Lauren Johnson (75-76=151) tied for 45th, sophomore Alexa Porter (77-76=153) tied for 55th and freshman Crystal Reeves (80-77=157) tied for 66th. Senior Jodi Neal could see action in match play.

UCLA placed first in qualifying at nine-under.
