LOS ANGELES (AP) - Baron Davis had 22 points and 10 assists,
foul-plagued Al Thornton got eight of his 17 points in the final 6
minutes and the Los Angeles Clippers snapped a season-opening
six-game losing streak with a 103-92 victory over the Dallas
Mavericks on Sunday.
Marcus Camby had 14 rebounds and 10 points for the Clippers, who
had lost six straight against Dallas. Davis was 8-for-19 from the
field after missing 10 of 12 shots in the first half. Tim Thomas
sat out because of a sprained left ankle.
