Texans Stung By Worst Loss Of Season

By  |

HOUSTON -- The Houston Texans were so bad in an embarrassing
41-13 loss to Baltimore that some fans want coach Gary Kubiak
fired.
The Texans are 3-6 -- and two of their victories came against
teams that were winless at the time.
Houston was 8-8 last year.
Simply matching the record from year one might be a stretch with
the schedule ahead, which includes Indianapolis, Tennessee and
Chicago.
Sage Rosenfels is Houston's quarterback for at least the next
two to three weeks while Matt Schaub recovers from a knee injury.
Also:
-- Defensive tackle Amobi Okoye, who missed the Baltimore game
with a high ankle sprain, is day to day.
-- Wide receiver Andre' Davis will have the pins removed from
his injured left ring finger this week. There's no timetable for
his return.
