NIEDERWALD- Mike Sherman knows how important rivalries are to a football program, college or pro.
Sherman wraps up his first year as Texas A&M's head coach Thursday when he takes his Aggies to Austin to play the Longhorns at 7pm.
This will be the 115th game between the Ags & the Horns.
Texas leads Texas A&M, 73-36-5, in the all-time series, but the Maroon and White have a 14-11 advantage over the last 25 years.
The Aggies have won the last two games against Texas, which marks A&M’s first back-to-back wins in the series since winning four straight from 1991-94.
