Heisman-worthy Bradford No Longer Anonymous

By  |

NORMAN, OK -- Sam Bradford has come a long way from being a middle-of-the-pack football recruit.

On Saturday the sophomore Oklahoma quarterback will be in New
York with some of college football's other top players as the
Heisman Trophy is awarded.

In high school he was seldom noticed despite playing nearly
every sport and playing most of them very well.

But OU had NFL prospect Rhett Bomar at the time.

Bomar has since been kicked off the team and Bradford has
shattered every school passing record and led OU to a third
straight Big 12 title.
