J-Train Invited To Shrine Game

Houston, TX – More players have been added to the roster for the 84th East-West Shrine Game, scheduled for Jan. 17, 2009, at the University of Houston’s Robertson Stadium in Houston, Texas.
On the East side, this week’s additions include Hunter Cantwell from Louisville, Ryan Durand from Syracuse, Dannell Ellerbe from University of Georgia, Anthony Hill from North Carolina State and Brian Hoyer from Michigan State. Also joining the East side, Orion Martin from Virginia Tech, Collin Mooney from Army, Cecil Newton from Tennessee State, Augustus Parrish from Kent State, and C.J. Spillman from Marshall. The West Team adds Aaron Brown from Texas Christian Academy, Gartrell Johnson from Colorado State University, Jorvorskie Lane from Texas A&M University, David Veikune from the Hawaii University and two players from the University of Houston Phillip Hunt and Mark Hafner.

i lost all faith in sherman when he couldn't figure out a way to get j-train in the offense this year. why he bothered to start him is beyond me. there may not be a coach in the big 12 as poor as sherman. name the ones that are worse. short list isn't it?
