STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Shaunte Smith scored 20 points, Andrea
Riley added 14, and No. 21 Oklahoma State beat North Texas 80-54 on
Sunday in a sloppy game that featured 57 turnovers.
Amber Jackson and Brittney James opened the second half with
field goals to get North Texas (5-7) within 14, but the Mean Green
would get no closer the rest of the way.
Taylor Hardeman and Ally Clardy each had a pair of 3-pointers as
Oklahoma State extended its lead to 65-35, and the Cowgirls (9-2)
went on to win their 30th straight home non-conference game.
Kristin Hernandez added 11 points and Tegan Cunningham had 10
points and 11 rebounds for Oklahoma State.
James led North Texas with 11 points, and Jackson saw her streak
of eight straight double-doubles end with a 10-point, six-rebound
