Locksley Looking Forward To Debut At Kyle Field
Mike Locksley will make his college football head coaching debut on Saturday night at 6pm when the New Mexico Lobos take on Texas A&M at Kyle Field.

ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- Mike Locksley will make his college football head coaching debut on Saturday night at 6pm when the New Mexico Lobos take on Texas A&M at Kyle Field.

"We like a challenge," said Locksley at the Lobos weekly press confernece on Tuesday. "As a program we're excited about the challenge of playing in front of the 12th Man at Kyle Field," added Locksley who came to New Mexico after being the offensive coordinator at Illinois the last four years.

The opening line had Texas A&M has a 14 point favorite over the Lobos who have not scored a touchdown in each of their last two season openers.

A year ago Texas A&M beat New Mexico on the road 28-22 for Mike Sherman's first head coaching win with the Aggies.
