AUSTIN -- Austin Falke sealed Thorndale's first state championship with one swift poke with his left hand.
Falke's steal at midcourt and layup with 14 seconds left gave
Thorndale four-point lead to send Thorndale to the Class 1-A
Division I championship with a 39-to-37 victory over Martin's Mill.
Falke finished with 12 points and seven rebounds for Thorndale
(28-2).
Brant Etheridge had 15 points and 12 rebounds for Martin's Mill
(35-4).
