A&M Men’s Tennis Matches Postponed Until Thursday

COLLEGE STATION -- Heavy rains have forced the Texas A&M men’s tennis team to postpone today’s matches against Abilene Christian and Columbia Universities until Thursday.

A&M will face Columbia at 11 a.m. and resume play against Abilene Christian at 5 p.m., Thursday, at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center.

The Aggies and ACU were less than 15 minutes into today’s noon match when lightning and heavy rains force the teams to delay the match. Storms also prevented A&M from facing Columbia, originally slated for 6 p.m.

NOTE: A&M’s match against LSU on Saturday has been changed to an 11 a.m. start to avoid conflict with Texas A&M men’s and women’s basketball NCAA tournament games.
