BRENHAM -- The Blinn softball team split a pair of nonconference games Wednesday afternoon on Blinn Field at Hohlt Park. The Lady Bucs defeated Carl Albert 6-4 in the first game but fell to Iowa Western 4-3 in the second game. Blinn returns to action on Thursday in another nonconference game when they host Barton County.
