Huskers Loss Helps In Aggie Preparation
"Iowa State's got a lot of momentum coming into this game," said A&M Defensive Back Trent Hunter. "Obviously we have a little momentum with our win over Tech, but they've won two in a row, are on a hot streak and looking for more."

COLLEGE STATION -- The Nebraska Cornhuskers may have done the Texas Aggies a favor with its 7-9 loss to Iowa State.

The Cyclones win was the first by ISU in Lincoln since 1977 and made headlines across the country.

"Iowa State's got a lot of momentum coming into this game," said A&M Defensive Back Trent Hunter. "Obviously we have a little momentum with our win over Tech, but they've won two in a row, are on a hot streak and looking for more."

This will be the 10th game in the series between the Aggies and Cyclones with Texas A&M holding an 8-1 advantage.

Iowa State's last trip to Kyle Field resulted in its first win of the series, thanks to a 42-14 win back in 2005.

Kickoff is set for 2:30pm Saturday at Kyle Field. There will be no live television broadcast of the game.

Aggie Game Day presented by Pizza Hut.com will air from 1pm to 2, live from the Aggie Fan Zone on KBTX-TV (3.1) and on line at KBTX.com.

To "Tom" ....who is also obviously posting as "Dallas" "Stasco" and "Infidel": you are an idiot, my aggie ring is just as solid as yours....although you're probably not even a grad, just a t-shirt fan wannabe. Why on earth would a ttech person troll on KBTX? It was clearly our SUPERBOWL and most everyone I know here in B/CS agrees. There was little hope of EVER beating them. #1 main rival for 7-8 years now. gig em

Sorry guys, but when you are unable to defeat someone at their place since '93, yes, it is our superbowl. Your incoherent denying it doesn't make it any less true. for those deranged enough to believe we are on the level of tu, well, better concentrate on beating Baylor first. BTHOisu

Sorry, "WHOOP." Students from our "number 1 rival" have to be able to spell "handle." That rules out you techtards.
