Woods In Control In Miami

By  |

MIAMI -- Tiger Woods set the tone early with an eagle on the
first hole. When the third round ended, Woods fired a four-under 68
to stretch his lead to four shots in the C-A Championship.
Woods is poised to win his third straight title at Doral and
send him to the Masters on a high. Brett Wetterich (WET'-ur-ik)
shot a 67 and is alone in second. Nick O'Hern is five shots back.
About the only intrigue came from Sergio Garcia.
Disgusted by missing yet another short putt, the 27-year-old
Spaniard tapped in for a three-putt bogey and then spit into the
cup. Garcia didn't deny this lapse in etiquette. He's seven shots
behind Woods.
