HOUSTON (AP) - Roy Oswalt tossed a five-hitter and the Houston Astros earned their first win of the season by downing St. Louis 5-to-1.
Oswalt struck out four in his 99th career victory and 12th
complete game.
Carlos Lee and Lance Berkman homered for the Astros, who had
dropped their first four games. Lee also lifted a sacrifice fly
that put Houston ahead to stay.
Losing pitcher Anthony Reyes allowed three runs and five hits
over five innings in his season debut.
Gary Bennett singled home the Cardinals' lone run.
