DALLAS (AP) - Jason Terry scored 22 of his 29 points in the
first half as Dallas beat Portland 86-to-74 to move closer to
clinching home court advantage throughout the N-B-A playoffs.
Terry shot 9-for-11 while the Mavericks were building an
18-point halftime lead. Devin Harris added 18 points for the Mavs,
who were without Josh Howard because of a sprained ankle.
Dallas needs one more victory or a Phoenix loss to claim home
court advantage.
Jarrett Jack had 18 points for the Trail Blazers.
