COLLEGE STATION -- Not only is the Texas A&M offense playing better since the loss to Kansas State, but so is the defense. To prove its win over Texas Tech wasn't a fluke, the Aggies put together a complete game against Iowa State winning 35-10. The offense was dominating and so was the defense.

The Aggie "D" came up with a pair of interceptions as well as a big 4th down stop by Kyle Mangan to keep the Cyclones off balance most of the day.

The Brenham product played both offense and defense in high school and experienced the thrill of scoring a touchdown for the Cubs, but it was Saturday's 4th down stuff when the Cyclones only needed a yard to keep their drive alive, that he says was a dream come true.

"That was the best play that I've had since I've been here," said Mangan on Monday. "It's my favorite play that I've ever made!"

Mangan and the Aggies will try to make some more memorable plays on Saturday in Boulder when they take on the Colorado Buffaloes at 12:40 central time.

Texas A&M will attempt to run its winning streak to 3 in a row. The game will be broadcast live by Fox College Sports, (DirecTV 617).
