Pollock Reaches Semifinals at ITF Futures Tourney In Mexico
Former three-time Texas A&M men’s tennis All-American Conor Pollock reached the semifinals of the singles main draw at the ITF Mexico 14 Futures Tournament held over the weekend in Guadalajara, Mexico.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Former three-time Texas A&M men’s tennis All-American Conor Pollock (San Antonio, Texas) reached the semifinals of the singles main draw at the ITF Mexico 14 Futures Tournament held over the weekend in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Pollock won three matches including victories over eighth-seeded and No. 641 world-ranked Nima Roshan of Australia in the opening round, 6-4, 7-6 (4), and fourth-seeded and No. 451-ranked Bruno Rodriguez of Mexico, 7-6 (9), retired. He later fell to fifth-seeded and No. 468-ranked Cesar Ramirez of Mexico, 6-3, 6-3, in the semifinals.
Pollock is currently ranked No. 934 in the world in singles and qualified for the main draw in Guadalajara. He will next compete at the Mexico 15 Futures Tournament held this week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
