Bryan -- The Bryan softball team ended their bi-district series with Round Rock beating the Lady Dragon 7 - 1 at the Viking Softball Complex.

Bryan got on the board first but Round Rock quickly evened the score with a solo home run by Lacey Kostreba. Bryan would take the lead for good on a Juli Varley base hit that scored Abby Culbreth.

The Lady Vikings advance in the Class 5A playoffs to face Klein Oak. The best of three series will open up Thursday night at Bryan High. Game time is set for 7:00. The series will move to Klein Oak Friday night for game two at 6:00. If a game three is needed it will be played 30 minutes following game two.
