Colon Keeps Up Winning Ways Against Rangers

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Bartolo Colon just keeps beating the
Texas Rangers. Colon matched a major league record by winning his
12th straight start against the Rangers, pitching six innings in
the L-A Angels' 6-to-3 victory. Colon is 17-and-5 in 25 lifetime
starts against the Rangers, including 11-and-0 in four seasons with
the Angels.
Colon is 4-and-0 overall this year. He needed only nine pitches
to get out of the first inning. He allowed three runs and five
hits, struck out six and walked two.
