SAN ANTONIO (AP) - The San Antonio Spurs finally have an
opponent for the N-B-A Finals -- the Cleveland Cavaliers.
LeBron James and the Cavs won the Eastern Conference crown with a 98-82 victory over Detroit in Game Six.
Game 1 of the N-B-A Finals is Thursday in San Antonio. By then,
it'll have been seven says since the Spurs have played a game.
It's the same amount of time off the Spurs had when they entered
the 2005 finals against Detroit. That series started in San Antonio
as well, and the Spurs took a 2-and-oh lead before winning in
seven.
