COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M hosts the 2009 NCAA® Women’s College Cup® this weekend and the public is invited to welcome the four national semifinal teams to the College Cup banquet Thursday evening.

Before the North Carolina, Notre Dame, Stanford and UCLA women’s soccer teams step on the field for competition, fans have a chance to take photos and get autographs of some of the best women’s college soccer players in the nation.

The four teams arrive at the Zone at Kyle Field at 5:55 p.m. Thursday. Fans are encouraged to bring their own sharpies and items for the players to sign. Parking is available in lot 62 (the west side of Kyle Field).

The Women’s College Cup kicks off with the semifinals on Friday at the Aggie Soccer Stadium. Top seeds Stanford (24-0-0) and UCLA (21-2-1) meet at 4:30 p.m., while No. 1-seeded North Carolina (21-3-1) and No. 2-seeded Notre Dame (21-3-1) follow at 7 p.m.

The winners meet in the championship match at noon on Sunday.
