Catalanotto Tossed Early Against Baltimore

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Rangers left fielder Frank Catalanotto
was ejected in the first inning of today's game against Baltimore
after questioning strikes called by home plate umpire Lance
Barksdale.
Catalanotto was ejected after he took a called third strike and
then turned to question the call. The mild-mannered Catalanotto
seemed surprised when he realized he had been thrown out of the
game.
In the top of the second inning, Jerry Hairston moved from
second base to left field and Desi Relaford took over at second.
