CHICAGO (AP) - Aramis Ramirez had four R-B-Is and Alfonso
Soriano hit a three-run homer as the surging Chicago Cubs roughed
up Roy Oswalt in a 9-to-3 rout of the Houston Astros.
Ted Lilly won his fourth straight start. He's 9-and-4. He who
hasn't lost since June fifth. Lilly gave up four hits and a run
over eight innings to help Chicago win for the 14th time in 18
games.
Soriano's team-leading 16th knocked out Oswalt in the sixth
inning. Oswalt is 8-and-6. The right-hander gave up 10 hits and a
season-high nine runs in five and a-third innings.
