Brazos Blaze Finishes 3-3 at Premier National Tournament

The Brazos Blaze loses 10-0 to Team Kelley from Dallas, and then wins 12-3 to the Houston Heat in their final game. In game five of the six game tournament, the Blaze gets shut out. The Blaze was held to three hits. Dillen Ashton collected two hits, while Tyler Eppler added one.

In the final game, the Blaze bats came alive for ten hits. Gabe Contreras led all hitters with three hits, while Derrick Hadley added two hits. Also, Kevin Bishop, Ashton, Caleb Riebe, T J Nixson and Shelby Robinson had one hit each. Combining for the win on the mound was Brice Springer and Kevin Bishop.
