Rangers Get Extra Inning Win Over Indians

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland rookie reliever Jensen Lewis failed
to get an out on consecutive bunts by Texas and the Rangers took
advantage with three runs in the tenth inning to beat Cleveland
9-6.
That's the Indians' fourth straight loss and seventh in nine
games. It keeps Cleveland a half-game behind Detroit in the AL
Central.
Jarrod Saltalamacchia (sahl-tah-lah-MAHK'-ee-uh), in his first
game since being acquired from Atlanta on Tuesday, started at first
base for Texas and had a two-run single while going 1-for-5.
Joaquin Benoit (wah-KEEN' ben-WAH') is 5-and-3 with the win.
