Bomar Throws For 3 TDs In Sam Houston's 48-10 Win

HUNTSVILLE -- Former Oklahoma quarterback Rhett Bomar threw three touchdowns and ran for another to lead Sam Houston State to a 48-to-10 win over Arkansas-Monticello.

Bomar was 17-of-26 passing with no interceptions. He added a
12-yard scoring run.

Chris Poullard and TyMag Robinson scored touchdowns in the
second half for the Bearkats (2-0). Darnell Jones caught 5 passes
for 104 yards and a touchdown.

Arkansas-Monticello (0-2) did all its scoring in the first half:
Nick Green made a 25-yard field goal in the first quarter. Scott
Buisson followed up in the second quarter with the Boll Weevils'
only touchdown, a 17-yard run.
