Alvin -- The Blinn College Volleyball team wins versus Alvin Community College by the scores of 30-20, 30-25, 30-22. The win is the 17th of the season for the Buccaneers who remains unbeaten on the season. The win also also places Coach David Rehr as the all time winningest coach in Blinn College history (163-18). The Bucs were lead by the middle blocker tandem of Lina Vanegas and Stefanie Robbins both with 11 kills. Vanegas also added 7 blocks. Caroline Witte lead the team in assists with 24 and Sydney Milburn lead in digs with 11. The match orginally scheduled for Friday has been cancelled with a tenative rescheduled due to a death of a Temple College family member.
