WEST LAFAYETTE, IN -- The No. 11-ranked Texas A&M men's golf team will compete in the PING/Golfweek Preview on Saturday and Sunday at Purdue's Kampen Course, the site of the 2008 NCAA Championship.
The tournament will consist of 36 holes on Saturday and a final 18 on Sunday
on the par-72, 7,465-yard course. Live scoring is available at

The 15-team field includes 13 nationally-ranked teams, including six ranked
in the top 10 in the latest Golf World poll. In addition to A&M, field
includes No. 2 Alabama, No. 5 Florida, No. 6 Southern California, No. 7
Oklahoma State, No. 8 Florida State, No. 9 Charlotte, No. 14 Coastal
Carolina, No. 16 UNLV, No. 17 Arizona State, No. 18 Louisville, No. 21
Lamar, No. 25 Georgia State, Minnesota and host Purdue.
Representing A&M will be seniors Bobby Gates and Martin Piller, sophomore
Andrea Pavan, freshman Conrad Shindler and junior Clay Hodge.
