Aggie Women To Battle Louisiana Tech Tuesday At Reed Arena

COLLEGE STATION, TX -- Texas A&M will host three-time national champion Louisiana Tech to Reed Arena on Tuesday night. Both teams started the season 0-3, but have rebounded to win each game since. The Lady Techsters are winners of their last two contests while the Aggies have won their last three outings. In the three game win streak for the Aggies have outscored their opponents by 25 points per game.

Texas A&M will be looking for their first win in the series, Tuesday’s meeting will be the seventh time the two schools have faced off on the hardwood. The last meeting between Louisiana Tech and Texas A&M was during the 1987 season. Current Louisiana Tech Head Coach Theresa Witherspoon was on the 1987 squad and was named Kodak All-America at the conclusion of the season.

Tickets for Sunday’s game are available online at tickets.12thmanfoundation.com or in person at the Reed Arena box office. The Louisiana Tech game will begin the Holiday Hoops promotion and will feature a twitter contest to give away a signed jersey.
