Dantrell Thomas scored 22 points, including a trio of three pointers. Fred Hunter scored ten points and pulled down 14 boards.
The Kats started slowly and trailed by as much as 15-6 in the first half before going on a 14-2 run to take a 20-17 lead at the break.
