Brazos County A&M Club Coach's Night Set For June 13th

By  |

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Brazos County A&M Club will hold the 2013 Coach’s Night on June 13, 2013 at 5:30 pm. Coach’s Night will be held in The John '74 and Debbie '76 Bethancourt Family Grand Ballroom in the Texas A&M University Memorial Student Center.

Coach’s night continues to be a great Aggie tradition as friends, family, former and current students gather together in excitement to hear about the upcoming football season. Coach Kevin Sumlin and his staff will share the plans and goals for the upcoming season. The evening will include dinner, drinks, and auction items including a Johnny Manziel signed football helmet, a Ring Wrap, Alabama football tickets, golf with Coach Sumlin, and much more!

In 2012, The Brazos County A&M Club Coach’s Night was a record breaking fundraiser and raised over $50,000. These funds provided scholarships, supported Aggie traditions, and helped the BCAMC members serve the Bryan-College Station community. With your support, we can make this year an even bigger success!

The Brazos County A&M Club Coach’s Night will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Memorial Student Center. A silent, live, and big board auction will run throughout the evening. We are also conducting a raffle for a David Yurman necklace from David Gardner’s Jewelers. There will be coaches from various sports in attendance including Coach Sumlin. Table sponsorship at all levels are still available, and we welcome any auction items that you or your company would like to donate. Individual tickets are also available for purchase this year. We have sold out in the past several years, so please make sure to purchase your tickets soon. To sponsor tables, donate auction items, or purchase tickets, please visit

The Brazos County A&M Club works to establish and maintain scholarships for students attending Texas A&M University, and supports the Bryan-College Station community and The Association of Former Students. Established in 1941, the Brazos County A&M Club has over 750 members and hosts many programs throughout the year including monthly Club luncheons, Hullabaloo Howdy Hours, and special events with the Texas A&M basketball, baseball, and football teams.
