BRYAN, TX -- The Brenham Volleyball team swept Rudder in three sets on Tuesday night, but it was closer than that, at least in the opening set that went Brenham's way 31-29. Ashley Miller led Rudder with 8 kills, while Lynsey Engel had 18 assists, and Madison Smith added 14 digs.

Next up for Rudder: Friday at Huntsville.

The Bryan Volleyball team beat Lufkin 25-19, 25-15, 26-16 at Viking Gym.
