COLLEGE STATION, TX -- The College Station Cougars picked up its first win in school history last week over the Woodlands JV 46-13, Friday night they'll host Austin St. Michael's Academy looking to make it back-to-back wins.

The Cougars, featuring freshman and sophomores, will be at a huge disadvantage on Friday with St. Michael's varsity roster boasting 23 seniors.

College Station Head Football Coach Steve Huff knows it won't be easy against the Crusaders, but is confident in the fact that his team is showing improvement daily.

"It's an improvement thing for us every week," says Huff. "The kids are coming back and working hard at practice, extremely hard and getting a lot of things done. We're getting better everyday in practice and that's the main thing that we want to see."

Kickoff is set for 7:30pm Friday at Cougar Stadium in College Station.
