Four Brazos Valley Boys Make TABC All-State Teams

BRYAN, Texas -- Four Brazos Valley boys basketball players have been named to TABC All-State teams.

In 2A Franklin junior Michael Witherspoon makes the cut. He helped the Lions reach the Regional quarterfinals this season.

1A Division I runner-up Mumford has two players named All-State in LaKendric Hyson and Aubrie King. Hyson led the Mustangs in scoring at 19 points per game. King scored 15.5 per game and led the team with 10.7 rebounds per contest.

Also All-State from District 25 is Milano's Dominique Messer.
He and the Eagles lost to the Mustangs in the regional championship game.
