OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Jon Davis and Lance Miles each had two hits and three RBIs as top-seeded Kansas State scored five runs in the ninth inning to beat Baylor 13-9 Friday at the Big 12 tournament.
Davis put the Wildcats (41-16) ahead 10-9 with a two-run single and R.J. Santigate added an RBI single before Miles had a two-run single of his own. Kansas State, the regular-season champion, will face fourth-seeded Oklahoma on Saturday for a spot in Sunday's championship game.
Steve DalPorto drove in three runs, and Cal Towey and Jake Miller had two RBIs apiece for Baylor (27-27), which was eliminated from title contention.
Gerardo Esquivel (1-2) pitched the final 1 2-3 innings for Kansas State for the win.
Ryan Smith (2-4), the fourth of six Baylor pitchers, took the loss.
