Local High School Teams Involved In Tournament Play

BRYAN, TX -- Lots of Brazos Valley high school volleyball teams were involved in tournament play Thursday night. Rudder was playing at the Leander Rouse Tournament and lost all three of their matches today.

Losing to Austin Bowie, Aledo, and Vandegrift. Ashley Atkins led the Rangers with 18 kills, 21 digs; Po' Smith had 31 digs; Ari Ramirez had 6 aces. Rudder will continue pool play on Friday.

A&M Consolidated played at the Pearland tournament and posted wins over:

Caldwell played in the Robinson tournament and posted 3 wins.
