COLLEGE STATION – Aggie fans will get their first chance to see the new-look Texas A&M men's basketball team this Friday when it hosts the Maroon & White Scrimmage/Meet the Aggies Night at 7 p.m. inside Reed Arena.
Admission is free to the event, which will give fans the chance to get reacquainted with some familiar faces on the Aggie roster as well as get their first look at six newcomers who will don the Maroon & White for the first time.
Doors open at 6 p.m. in advance of the event and parking will be free.
Following the scrimmage, fans will be able to get autographs as well as meet and greet the team. Double Dave’s will provide free pizza rolls to early-arriving fans at Reed Arena.
Additionally, prior to the event fans who don’t want to miss any of the Aggie Basketball action this season and have not yet purchased season tickets will have the opportunity to “Select-a-Seat”. Seats that are available for ticket purchase in the lower bowl will be marked and give fans a unique opportunity to see their vantage point of the court before purchasing.
Texas A&M will make final preparations for the 2013-14 campaign during an exhibition game against UTPB on Oct. 30 before officially tipping off the season on Nov. 8 when it welcomes Buffalo to Reed Arena.
