Mumford Stays Unbeaten Headed Back To Regional Tournament After 90-53 Win Over Snook

BRYAN, Texas -- Second ranked Mumford is headed back to the Class 1A, Division 1, Region 4, basketball tournament after a 90-53 win over Snook (16-22) Tuesday night at Viking Gym.

Mumford (36-0) had five players score in double figures with LaKendric Hyson leading the way with 17 points. Aubrie King added 13 while Seth Smitherman tossed in 12.

Mumford will face Port Aransas in the Region 4 semifinals at 2 on Friday. In the other semifinal game Milano will take on Weimar at noon.
