ROCKDALE, TX -- The Navasota Rattlers beat Rockdale 62-44 Friday night to clinch at least a share of the District 23-3A championship.

Kadarius Baker led the Rattlers in scoring with 16 points. Austin Collins also hit double figures with 13 points. Rockdale was led by Cody Skubal who scored 10 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Zach Garza also scored 10 points.

Navasota is now 20-10 on the season and 8-1 in district play. The Rattlers will close out the regular season February 14 at La Grange. Rockdale is 20-9 on the season and 7-2 in district play. The Tigers will wrap up the regular season February 14 at Smithville
