No. 1 Navasota cruises past Caldwell

CALDWELL, Texas -- Navasota scored 28 points in the first quarter and cruised past Caldwell 58-0 to stay perfect on the season.

The Rattlers still have not allowed a point, shutting out Madisonville, Rockdale, and now Caldwell in 18-3A play.

Navasota improves to 9-0, 3-0 and will wrap up the regular season at home against Taylor.

Caldwell is now 1-8, 1-2 in 18-3A play. The Hornets visit Rockdale next week.
