Triumph Club Management, LLC announced that it has partnered with Pebble Creek Interests on its acquisition of Pebble Creek Country Club [4500 Pebble Creek Parkway, College Station, TX 77845]. Pebble Creek Interests purchased Pebble Creek Country Club from Pebble Creek Country Club, LLC, for an undisclosed amount. The club will be managed by Pebble Creek Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Triumph Club Management.
The Private 18-hole Country Club in College Station, Texas features 6,861 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.4, and it has a slope rating of 131. Designed by Joe Finger, the Pebble Creek Country Club opened in 1991. Pebble Creek is the only true Private Club in College Station. The club offers a practice area, driving range, 6 tennis courts, pool, fitness room, main dining room, lounge, mixed grill, grand ballroom and private dining rooms for Members and guests. The club is open year-round and will continue to be operated as a private country club serving the needs of Members from the surrounding community. Davis Young, President of Pebble Creek Country Club LLC and Pebble Creek Development Company, felt that the timing was right. “My family and I have owned and operated the club for over 20 years now and felt that we have come to a place where our focus will be more on the real estate development of Pebble Creek.
