FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- University of Arkansas players met with the media Monday afternoon to discuss the Razorbacks’ upcoming game against Texas A&M on Saturday in College Station, Texas.
Senior center Travis Swanson discussed the team’s attitude this week.
“We came out yesterday and we had a team run and everyone was positive, morale was high and there wasn’t one bad attitude,” Swanson said.
Senior linebacker Alonzo Highsmith talked about his confidence that the team can get things turned around this season.
“I am overconfident that we can turn this around,” Highsmith said. “It is just when our name is called we have got to make a play. We have got to get something going. Our playmakers, we have got to make a play.”
Senior quarterback Tyler Wilson spoke about last year’s Texas A&M game.
“That was a big game for us. We were down (18) points at halftime and we flipped the switch right there,” Wilson said. “Came out that second half and rallied, fought, and found a way to win it. And it turned the whole season around.”
Kickoff for Saturday’s game is set for 11:21 p.m., and the game will be televised on SEC Network.
