FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas coach John L. Smith is doing his best to move forward following a devastating loss to Louisiana-Monroe.
The loss put Smith's future with the Razorbacks squarely at the forefront of discussion as the Razorbacks prepare for this week's matchup with No. 1 Alabama.
Arkansas could be without quarterback Tyler Wilson against the Crimson Tide. Wilson suffered a head injury in the loss to the Warhawks and Smith says he is still experiencing "grogginess" and hasn't been cleared yet by doctors.
Meanwhile, the Razorbacks (1-1) continue to deal with the fallout of a loss that magnified the pressure Smith is under in replacing former coach Bobby Petrino, who was fired in April.
