Rockdale girls hold off College Station

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Rockdale held off a late College Station rally and beat the Lady Cougars 45-27 Friday night.

The Lady Tigers led 29-6 halfway through the third quarter, but College Station pulled as close as eight in the fourth. However, Rockdale proved too strong down the stretch and came away with the win.
