BRYAN, Texas -- The Missouri Tigers are looking for a bounce back season in 2013. The Tigers went 5-7 last season and 2-6 in SEC play.

Missouri had a number of injures in 2012 so head coach Gary Pinkel is making some changes this season. The Tigers will not have two a day practices leading up to the season. Pinkel says he wants a healthy football team. "If we have a healthy football team we will be pretty good. Last year by the middle of September we were not the same football team so those are the things were are going to do different and we are excited about doing it."

The Missouri offense should get a boost with running back Henry Josey coming back after missing all of last season recovering from a knee injury sustained late in the 2011 season. Quarterback James Franklin will also be back this year after missing time last year with injuries. Franklin only played in nine games last season.

Missouri will open the 2013 season August 31 at home against Murray State. The Tigers will host Texas A&M in their final regular season game on November 30.
