COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Athletics have announced today (August 28, 2013) that all available priority seating options for the 2015 Aggie Football season in the Redeveloped Kyle Field have sold out.
“Thanks to the to the tremendous support of the best fan base in college football, the 12th Man, we are currently sold out of seating options for the 2015 season of the Redeveloped Kyle Field” said Skip Wagner, President & CEO of the 12th Man Foundation. “The 12th Man has risen to the challenge once again by supporting the Redevelopment of Kyle Field in record numbers. Without the support of our former students and fans alike, we would not be able to build the best stadium in all of college football”.
“The past couple of years have truly been a game-changer for Texas A&M, starting with our transition into the SEC and now with the redevelopment of Kyle Field,” said Director of Athletics Eric Hyman. “Soon we will have a football stadium that will showcase the 12th Man, our football program and our prestigious university. The entire project, from the stadium designs to the incredible support of Aggies, has been nothing short of amazing.”
Since the final stadium design has yet to be completed, it is possible that additional seating options become available prior to the start of the 2015 Aggie Football season. Anyone wanting to have the opportunity to purchase seats, if they do become available, will need to be a member of the 12th Man Foundation in good standing. Selection order for any seats that become available will be determined by Priority Point total. Seating option selections for current faculty-staff season ticket holders and lettermen will proceed as scheduled.
The tradition of the 12th Man at Kyle Field will continue to be a centerpiece of the game day atmosphere in 2015 and beyond. The Redeveloped Kyle Field will feature the nation’s largest student section at 31,000 students.
