Snook Picks Up Big Win Over Mumford

SNOOK, Texas -- The Snook girls' basketball team beat Mumford 49-9 Tuesday night. Seniors Miya Hoskins and Shakera Barnes closed out their careers with a 40-0 record in district play. Barnes led all scorers in the game with 20 points.

Snook can now focus on the post season. The Lady Jays will be a part of the Class A Division 1 bracket. The UIL Class A Division 1 State Tournament will be held February 28 - March 2 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin.
