Texas A&M will host South Carolina State Saturday night at Kyle Field.
Even though the this will be the first meeting between the two schools South Carolina State head coach Buddy Pough knows it will be loud at Kyle Field and says his team has been preparing for the noise. "We have mostly used earplugs. We have put the little orange ear things in all of our guys ears so they can't hear that way. Can't hearing is the same as can't hearing regardless of whether it is from too much noise or too little so we use the earplugs to try to acclimate to not being able to hear each other. Then we use hand signals and that kind of stuff to try and get ourselves going."
The Aggies will be looking for the second straight win. The Bulldogs will be trying to snap a two game losing streak.

KEY MATCHUP
Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel vs. South Carolina State's defense. Manziel was named SEC freshman of the week after accounting for six touchdowns in Texas A&M's 48-3 win over SMU last week in his second career start. He threw four touchdown passes and ran for two scores. This week he'll face a defense that surrendered 687 yards and 48 first downs against Arizona last week.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
South Carolina State: QB Richard Cue leads the team in yards passing with 458 and yards rushing with 129. His best performance came in the Bulldogs season-opening win over Georgia State, when he threw for a career-high 300 yards and three touchdowns.
Texas A&M: DE Damontre Moore has five sacks in his first two games at defensive end after playing outside linebacker for the previous two seasons.
